Our commitment is guided by a comprehensive Sustainability Management Plan that encompasses environmental stewardship, sociocultural responsibility, quality, health, and safety. From our guest rooms and restaurants to the spa and public spaces, sustainable practices are embedded throughout the hotel. By engaging our Heartists, guests, and business partners, we strive to create meaningful experiences while contributing to a more sustainable future.

1. Waste Management
At our hotel, we are committed to responsible waste management through thoughtful daily practices and continuous improvement initiatives. We achieve this by:
• Encouraging our Heartists and guests to reduce unnecessary waste during daily operations and avoid single-use plastics whenever possible.
• Encouraging our Heartists and guests to contact our Housekeeping team for the proper disposal of batteries, electronic items, and hazardous waste.
• Actively using a food waste tracking system to monitor and manage daily food waste.
• Promoting zero-waste initiatives through our buffet and à la carte offerings.
• Implementing buffet waste reduction measures.
• Optimizing portion sizes to minimize food waste while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Progressively eliminating single-use plastics from the guest experience across our hotels.

2. Eliminating Single-Use Plastics
All in-room amenities are free from single-use plastics and are thoughtfully presented in refillable containers, supporting a cleaner and more sustainable guest experience.
3. Sustainable Food and Beverage Practices
Our culinary teams continue to increase the use of locally sourced ingredients, reduce food waste through careful planning and monitoring, and promote responsible consumption through guest awareness initiatives.

4. Supporting Meaningful Community Programs
We actively collaborate with local NGOs, including Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation and BCNV, as well as nearby schools, to support social initiatives that create meaningful and lasting value within the community.
