As night falls, Chic glows with ambient light from the many lanterns lining the stunning raised catwalk in the middle of the restaurant.
For dinner alfresco, Chic has a large outdoor balcony with majestic views over the mountains and valleys of Sapa. There are regular live cooking stations by the hotel’s talented team of chefs, offering guests a real sense of theatre.
